Quotations provided through the Site or via email are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. All orders are subject to acceptance by RFS and are governed by the RFS Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale, which will be provided with each formal quotation. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale, the latter shall prevail with respect to product transactions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RFS GmbH, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Certain RFS products and technical data are subject to export control regulations, including but not limited to the German Foreign Trade and Payments Act (AWG), EU Dual-Use Regulation (EC 428/2009), and U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hanover, Germany.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
