On-site engineering services (installation, commissioning, PIM sweep) are available in regions served by our 5 engineering centers. Remote locations outside these regions require minimum 4-week advance scheduling and may incur additional mobilization costs. Virtual technical support and remote diagnostics are available globally without geographic restriction.
NIST-traceable calibration certificates are issued from our Hanover and Dallas facilities. Calibration services at other engineering centers are performed to equivalent procedures but carry in-house traceability documentation rather than ISO/IEC 17025 accredited certificates. Customers requiring accredited certificates for all calibration points should specify this at quotation stage.
